John Fisher

John Fisher was born and raised in Columbus, GA. After obtaining his undergraduate business degree from Columbus State University, John obtained his Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law. 

John began practicing law in 1997 as a litigation associate for the largest law firm in West Alabama. John spent these two years as a litigation associate, focusing on insurance defense, business defense, business counsel and general litigation. In 1999, John left this firm to establish his own firm with a close friend and law school classmate. John has maintained his private law practice now for over 25 years.

In practice, John has provided services in a wide array of business and personal litigation matters, as well as personal and business counsel service matters.   John focuses on all aspects of civil litigation including Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Nursing Home Negligence, Funeral Home Negligence, Education and Student Defense.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and the US Supreme Court, John is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii.
