Bill will graduate from the Rutgers School of Law, Newark, in May 2023. Mr. Watt is currently the Managing Development Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and the Vice-Chair of the Rutgers Moot Court Board. In the Fall of 2021, Mr. Watt was a semi-finalist in the Cohn Appellate Advocacy Competition and argued in front of New Jersey appellate judges. Bill is involved with the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society, where he coordinated with sports attorneys and hosted a panel for Rutgers law students. In the Fall of 2022, Bill will be a clinician with the Education and Health Law Clinic, where he will help represent parents of children with disabilities in special education, early intervention, and school discipline matters. During law school, Bill has gained experience at a family law firm and the Rutgers Law Associates, a general practice firm that trains law students and new attorneys. Mr. Watt also has an extensive background in government relations and public policy.
